Guidelines for your Entertainment
Whatever disco you decide to choose for your special day, here are some points to consider before diving in and booking the cheapest disco.
1. Always make sure you have a Booking Confirmation or Contract of the written word to secure your Disco, you will have every confidence from this that the DJ will turn up, if not they must provide you another Disco.
2. Remember even though equipment is important and may look fabulous with 1,000 watt speakers etc.. its no good if the DJ is not experienced and capable of audience rapport, you are paying for the DJ, their personality and their creativity with the music not just lights and a jukebox.
3. Remember at most functions you will have a wide spread of age groups attending, do make sure you discuss your music needs to ensure all your guests are catered for.
4. Presentation and Professionalism; When you book a Disco you expect the DJ to be around rather than putting on a CD and walking off, you also expect the DJ to be dressed smartly, it's your important day remember that! You should also expect the DJ to play music at a volume such as your family and guests who perhaps haven't seen each other for months/years can talk to each other without being drowned out by excessive volume.
